Ingredients
  • 12 ounce Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cup Frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup Chopped onion
  • 1 cup Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 count Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook chicken over medium heat until no longer pink. Remove from skillet and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, cook onion until tender. Stir in cooked chicken and frozen vegetables.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine Bisquick mix, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the chicken and vegetable mixture into a greased pie plate.
  6. Pour the Bisquick mixture over the top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
