Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Imitation crab meat
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 unit Egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the imitation crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Panko breadcrumbs, green onions, parsley, lemon juice, beaten egg, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry the crab cakes for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve hot with tartar sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
