In a large bowl, mix together Idahoan Potato Flakes, all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until well combined.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pop mold.

Spoon the batter into the cake pop mold, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
