  • 200 gram Butter
  • 200 gram Granulated sugar
  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 200 gram All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 100 milliliter Milk
  • 100 gram Almonds
  • 100 gram Raisins
  • 100 gram Candied orange peel
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk.
  6. Fold in the almonds, raisins, and candied orange peel.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  8. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar and serve.
