Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 quart Vanilla ice cream
  • 0.75 cup Hot fudge sauce
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 8 piece Cherries
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish.
  2. Freeze the crust for 10 minutes.
  3. Spread the vanilla ice cream over the crust.
  4. Drizzle the hot fudge sauce over the ice cream.
  5. Freeze the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, top with whipped cream and cherries.
  7. Slice and serve chilled.
