  • 200 gram Pie crust
  • 2 cup Fresh berries
  • 4 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the fresh berries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  3. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  4. Pour the berry mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Cover the pie with another layer of pie crust or create a lattice pattern with strips of pie crust.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
  7. Allow the pie to cool for 30 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve with whipped cream on top.
