Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually mix in the flour mixture, alternating with the sour cream.
  6. Remove 1/3 of the batter and mix in the cocoa powder.
  7. Pour half of the plain batter into the prepared pan, followed by the cocoa batter, and then the remaining plain batter.
  8. Use a skewer or knife to gently swirl the batters together to create a marbled effect.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  11. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
