Ingredients
  • 500 gram Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Carrot
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 cup Beef Stock
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Horseradish Sauce
  • 2 pound Potatoes
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the onion, carrot, and peas to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, until the vegetables are softened.
  4. Stir in the beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, and horseradish sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Simmer for 10 minutes, until the mixture thickens slightly.
  6. Meanwhile, peel and chop the potatoes. Place them in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
  7. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, milk, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.
  8. Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish and spread the mashed potatoes on top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the potatoes are golden brown.
  10. Let the shepherd's pie rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
