In a large bowl, combine the flour, oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, honey, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
