  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Beat in the flour mixture alternately with the milk, mixing just until incorporated.
  4. Spread half of the batter into the prepared pan. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, pecans, and honey. Sprinkle over the batter in the pan. Spread the remaining batter evenly over the top.
  5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
