Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture evenly over the batter.
  6. Drizzle honey over the brown sugar mixture.
  7. Pour the remaining batter over the honey and smooth the top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  10. In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and water to make the glaze.
  11. Drizzle the glaze over the warm cake.
  12. Let the cake cool completely before serving.
