In a large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

Spread half of the batter into the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle with half of the brown sugar, pecans, and honey. Repeat with the remaining batter, brown sugar, pecans, and honey.
