  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, chopped pecans, and honey.
  6. Spread half of the batter into the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture evenly over the batter. Top with the remaining batter.
