  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, brown sugar, and chopped pecans.
  7. Spread half of the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  8. Drizzle half of the honey mixture over the batter.
  9. Spread the remaining batter over the honey mixture.
  10. Drizzle the remaining honey mixture over the top.
  11. Use a knife to swirl the batter and honey mixture together.
  12. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  13. Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
