Ingredients
  • 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, vegetable oil, sour cream, and eggs. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
  4. Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle half of the brown sugar mixture over the batter.
  5. Pour the remaining cake batter over the brown sugar mixture. Sprinkle the remaining brown sugar mixture on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. In a small saucepan, heat the honey over low heat until warm.
  8. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  9. Drizzle the warm honey over the baked cake. Pour the powdered sugar glaze over the top.
  10. Allow the cake to cool for 30 minutes before serving.
