  2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with sour cream. Mix until just combined.
  5. In a separate small bowl, mix together brown sugar, pecans, and honey.
  6. Spread half of the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the pecan mixture evenly over the batter. Top with the remaining batter, spreading it evenly.
