Add vegetable oil and warm water to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for about 5 minutes, then cover and let it rest for 1 hour.

In a separate bowl, mix together the grated carrot, shredded cabbage, chopped green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil.

After the dough has rested, divide it into 6 equal portions.

Roll out each portion into a circle and place a spoonful of the vegetable mixture in the center.

Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.

Place the buns on a baking sheet and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
