  2. Add vegetable oil and warm water to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes, then cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the grated carrot, shredded cabbage, chopped green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  5. After the dough has rested, divide it into 6 equal portions.
  6. Roll out each portion into a circle and place a spoonful of the vegetable mixture in the center.
  7. Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
  8. Place the buns on a baking sheet and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the buns for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
