  • 200 gram Pie Crust
  • 800 gram Apples
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 cup Sugar Substitute
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the sliced apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Pour the apple mixture into the pie crust.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together the almond milk, sugar substitute, oats, and coconut oil.
  6. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the apples.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the apples are tender.
