  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing well.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  9. In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk to make the cream filling.
  10. Spread marshmallow fluff on the flat side of one cookie and the cream filling on the flat side of another cookie.
  11. Sandwich the cookies together.
  12. Repeat with the remaining cookies.
  13. Let the oatmeal cream pies rest for 30 minutes before serving.
