Ingredients
  • 500 gram Bread dough
  • 8 slice Ham slices
  • 4 slice Cheese slices
  • 4 teaspoon Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 1 cup Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Roll out the bread dough into a rectangular shape.
  3. Spread mayonnaise and mustard evenly on the dough.
  4. Layer ham and cheese slices on top.
  5. Roll up the dough tightly, starting from one end.
  6. Place the roll on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Beat the egg and milk together in a small bowl.
  8. Brush the egg wash over the roll.
