  • 200 gram Carrots
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cup White sugar
  • 0.75 cup Vegetable oil
  • 3 quantity Eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated carrots, flour, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, baking soda, cinnamon powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Pour the batter into the greased cake pan.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  7. Once the cake has cooled completely, spread the cream cheese frosting evenly on top.
  8. Let the cake rest for 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
