Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the graham cracker crust according to the package instructions and press it into a pie dish. Slice the ripe bananas and arrange them evenly over the crust. In a saucepan, combine the vanilla pudding mix, milk, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Pour the pudding mixture over the bananas in the pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the pudding is set. Remove from the oven and let the pie cool for 2 hours. Once cooled, spread whipped cream over the top of the pie. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving. Serve chilled and enjoy!
