Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Green bell pepper
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 large Potatoes
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, peel and slice the potatoes. Boil them until tender. Drain and mash with butter and milk until smooth.
  6. Transfer the ground beef mixture to a baking dish. Spread the mashed potatoes over the top.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the mashed potatoes.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
