Ingredients
  • 200 gram Carrots
  • 200 gram All-purpose flour
  • 200 gram Sugar
  • 150 ml Vegetable oil
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 200 gram Crushed pineapple
  • 100 gram Shredded coconut
  • 100 gram Chopped walnuts
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the carrots, flour, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, chopped walnuts, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise. Mix well.
  3. Pour the batter into the greased cake pan.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  6. Transfer the cake to a wire rack and let it cool completely.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
