Ingredients
  • 500 gram White fish fillets
  • 800 gram Potatoes
  • 50 gram Butter
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 cup Fish stock
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash them with butter and milk.
  3. In a separate pan, sauté the onion, carrots, and peas until softened.
  4. Add the flour and cook for 1 minute, then gradually stir in the fish stock.
  5. Add the fish fillets and parsley, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Transfer the fish mixture to a baking dish and top with the mashed potatoes.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
  9. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
