Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the okara, almond flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together the almond milk, coconut oil, vanilla extract, chia seeds, and water.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.

Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
