Ingredients
  • 500 gram Chicken or Turkey
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
  • 1.5 cup Chicken or Vegetable Broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add chicken or turkey and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Gradually add chicken or vegetable broth and milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  6. Add frozen mixed vegetables, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  8. Roll out the puff pastry and place it over the baking dish, trimming any excess.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
  10. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
