Ingredients
  • 2 cup Apples
  • 1.5 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Honey
  • 0.25 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, honey, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped apples and walnuts.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
