  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together semolina, coconut, sugar, and baking powder.
  3. Add vegetable oil, orange blossom water, and rose water to the bowl and mix well.
  4. Grease a baking dish with oil and pour the mixture into it.
  5. Smooth the top of the mixture and sprinkle almonds, pistachios, and sesame seeds over it.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  8. Drizzle honey over the top of the cake.
  9. Let it rest for 1 hour before serving.
