Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cup Mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9-inch pie dish.
  6. Spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the beef mixture.
