  3. Layer the ham, pineapple, and mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle dried oregano over the toppings.
  5. Starting from one end, roll the dough tightly into a log.
  6. Cut the log into 12 equal slices.
  7. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush it over the slices.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm.
