  2. Add warm water and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Shape each portion into a ghost shape.
  7. Place the shaped dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Use black sesame seeds to create the eyes and mouth of each ghost.
  9. Brush the ghosts with beaten egg white.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the ghosts are golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven and let them cool.
  12. Dust the ghosts with powdered sugar before serving.
