Halloween Poke Cake
Poke cakes are called so because you poke holes in the cake to allow the flavored gelatin to seep into it, creating a delicious and moist dessert.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the white cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix well until smooth.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.

Using the handle of a wooden spoon, poke holes all over the cake.

In separate bowls, prepare the gelatin mixes according to the package instructions using the boiling water and cold water.

Pour each prepared gelatin flavor into the holes of the cake, alternating colors.

Refrigerate the cake for 1 hour or until the gelatin is set.

Spread the whipped topping evenly over the cake.
