  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  6. Using the handle of a wooden spoon, poke holes all over the cake.
  7. In a medium bowl, dissolve one box of gelatin mix in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
  8. Add 1 cup of cold water to the gelatin mixture and stir well.
  9. Pour the gelatin mixture over the cake, making sure to fill the holes.
  10. Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours, or until the gelatin is set.
  11. Once the cake has chilled, spread the whipped topping over the top.
  12. Sprinkle the Halloween-themed sprinkles over the whipped topping.
  13. Slice and serve.
