  1. Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on the cake mix package.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake according to the package instructions.
  4. Once the cake is baked and cooled, crumble it into a large bowl.
  5. Add the frosting to the crumbled cake and mix until well combined.
  6. Roll the cake mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Insert a lollipop stick into each cake ball.
  8. Melt the candy melts according to the package instructions.
  9. Dip each cake pop into the melted candy melts, allowing any excess to drip off.
  10. Place the dipped cake pops back on the baking sheet and decorate with candy eyeballs, black gel food coloring, and sprinkles.
