Halloween Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies
Funfetti cake mix was first introduced by Pillsbury in 1989 and has since become a popular choice for festive baked goods.

Ingredients
- 1 box Funfetti cake mix
- 1/3 cup Vegetable oil
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Halloween sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the funfetti cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in the Halloween sprinkles.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
