Ingredients
  • 16 ounces Haggis
  • 2 pounds Potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 ounces Cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the haggis according to package instructions.
  3. Peel and chop the potatoes, then boil them until soft. Drain and mash with butter, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  4. In a baking dish, spread a layer of mashed potatoes, followed by a layer of cooked haggis.
  5. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of mashed potatoes on top.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
  8. Allow the pie to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
