Ingredients
  • 2 cup Guava paste
  • 1 unit Pie crust
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 1/4 cup Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  3. In a saucepan, combine the guava paste, sugar, cornstarch, water, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens.
  4. Pour the guava mixture into the pie crust.
  5. In a small bowl, beat the egg and milk together. Brush the mixture over the edges of the pie crust.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for at least 1 hour before serving.
