Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 200 gram Morel mushrooms
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 4 tablespoon Sour cream
  • 2 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Boil the potatoes until tender. Peel and mash them.
  2. In a pan, melt butter and sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
  3. Add morel mushrooms and cook until tender.
  4. Combine the mashed potatoes, sautéed onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix flour with water to form a smooth dough.
  6. Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
  7. Place a spoonful of the potato-mushroom filling in the center of each circle.
  8. Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
  9. Preheat the grill and brush the pierogies with vegetable oil.
  10. Grill the pierogies until golden brown on both sides.
  11. Serve hot with sour cream.
