Ingredients
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Granulated sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 tablespoon Marmalade
  • 4 tablespoon Clotted cream
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg. Add the milk and melted butter and whisk until well combined.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a griddle or non-stick skillet over medium heat. Grease with butter or cooking spray.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Serve the griddle cakes with marmalade and clotted cream on top.
