Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Crab meat
  • 4 stalk Green onion
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Pineapple
  • 1/2 cup Red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup Red onion
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Lime zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, chopped green onion, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into small patties.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the crab cakes until golden brown on both sides.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine diced pineapple, diced red bell pepper, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, lime zest, salt, and black pepper to make the pineapple salsa.
  6. Serve the crab cakes with the pineapple salsa on top.
