Ingredients
  • 2 cup Spinach
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 2 ripe Banana
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Coconut flour
  • 3 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a blender, combine spinach, avocado, and bananas until smooth. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the spinach mixture, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix well. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool for 30 minutes before serving.
