  • 1 box Yellow cake mix
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 box Strawberry jello mix
  • 1 cup Boiling water
  • 1/2 cup Cold water
  • 1 cup Whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup Fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  6. In a small bowl, dissolve the strawberry jello mix in boiling water. Stir in cold water.
  7. Use a fork or skewer to poke holes all over the cake.
  8. Slowly pour the jello mixture over the cake, making sure it seeps into the holes.
  9. Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours, or until the jello is set.
  10. Spread the whipped topping over the cake.
