In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs, melted butter, and 25 cups of granulated sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.

In a small saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water and let it soften for 5 minutes. Then, heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until the gelatin is dissolved.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the remaining 5 cups of granulated sugar, crème de menthe liqueur, crème de cacao liqueur, and gelatin mixture. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream and green food coloring into the crème de menthe mixture.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
