Ingredients
  • 1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 can Refrigerated biscuits
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Mix well until fully combined.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly into 6 greased ramekins or oven-safe bowls.
  5. Flatten each biscuit and place it on top of each ramekin, pressing the edges down to seal.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is hot and bubbly.
  7. Let the pot pies rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
