  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch square baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, mix melted butter and granulated sugar until well combined. Add the egg, milk, and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with sour cream. Mix until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, and chopped pecans.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle half of the brown sugar mixture over the batter. Repeat with the remaining batter and brown sugar mixture.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
