  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared cake pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat eggs and vanilla extract until well combined. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth. Gradually add milk and mix until the batter is well combined.
  4. Pour the batter over the graham cracker crust in the cake pan. Sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate chips on top.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix hot water and remaining granulated sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Pour the mixture over the marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cake is set and the marshmallows are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
