Ingredients
  • 200 gram Chocolate
  • 100 gram Butter
  • 200 gram Digestive Biscuits
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 unit Eggs
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix them with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
  4. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  6. Gradually pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, stirring continuously.
  7. Pour the chocolate filling into the prepared crust.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the filling is set.
  9. Allow the pie to cool for 2 hours.
  10. Serve with whipped cream on top.
