Ingredients
  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • 1 medium-sized Sweet potato
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • to taste chopped Green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • as needed for frying Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Cook the sweet potato until tender, then mash it.
  2. In a bowl, combine the mashed sweet potato, rice flour, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into small patties.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the rice cakes until golden brown on both sides.
