Ingredients
  • 800 gram Potatoes
  • 300 gram Cabbage
  • 50 gram Butter
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 100 gram Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 piece Spring Onions
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel and boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash them with butter and milk.
  2. In a separate pot, boil the cabbage until tender. Drain and chop.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  4. Mix the mashed potatoes, chopped cabbage, grated cheddar cheese, chopped spring onions, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased pie dish and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Allow the pie to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
